Pacific Bloodstock Pty Ltd was formed by Greg MacMillan and Mark Hoare with the purpose of syndicating quality horses within the thoroughbred racing industry.

It is the charter of the business to source the best available horses that also represent value to the participants involved in the partnership.

The company has been approved by Racing Victoria to be added to its approved register of syndicators. Application to the Australian Securities and Investment Commission (ASIC) for an Australian Financial Services Licence has been completed and the license number is ASIC FSL 303164 Racing Victoria is directly appointed as a lead regulator by ASIC, to act on its behalf.

The directors of Pacific Bloodstock have a great deal of experience within the racing industry and bring a wealth of expertise to each partnership offered.

Mark Hoare was involved in the syndication of many fine horses whilst general manager and Director at Pacers Australia Syndications, among them, the thoroughbred Dance The Day Away (G1 Australia Derby) and standard bred Chokin (winner of numerous G1's in the harness racing arena and over $1.7 million in stake money).

Mark has acted as a bloodstock agent over many years at an international level.

Greg MacMillan has raced many fine horses over many years and is a fine student of form and statistics. From his early days as a youth growing up in Ascot Vale in the shadows of the Flemington racecourse to current years, Greg has developed an astute understanding of thoroughbred racing.

As an added bonus, Greg is a chartered accountant and has experience with many large accounting firms and public companies. He currently holds multiple AFS dealers licences and is acutely aware of the importance of accurate reporting to investors/owners.

Both directors are involved in the process of running the business and are each committed to ensuring that an investment in a Pacific Bloodstock racing partnership with be both a pleasurable and hopefully a profitable one. We are available to discuss any concerns you may have at any given time, and intend to develop a healthy relationship socially with our clients away from the racecourse.

Our philosophy is to invest in the best bloodstock we can afford, entrust it to only committed and quality trainers, and manage each horse in the best interests of each investor.

Our colours are Royal Blue, Gold stars, Gold cap with Blue stars, the aim of Pacific Bloodstock is to see those colours greet the judge more and more and in better class races each year.
